This Arugula Salad is a great side to any meal. Arugula is my favorite salad green. It has a unique "peppery" taste. It goes very well with a vinaigrette dressing.
I recommend when using arugula for your salad base, to keep the salad simple. Pair it with cherry tomatoes, pears, or peaches. Most of the time I do not even use cheese, just a great dressing.

Arugula Side Salad. This salad is very customize-able. You can pair it with cherry tomatoes, pears or peaches to name a few.
6 cup baby arugula
12 grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 oz. Pecorino-Romano cheese, shaved
1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
Sea salt and black pepper, taste
Clean and chop cherry Tomatoes
Toss Arugula and cherry tomatoes together. Drizzle olive oil and lime juice. Top with cheese. Salt and Pepper to taste. Enjoy!
