This Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole is a very simple, easy and quick meal that you can enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
How To Prepare This Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole?
This recipe is very easy to make and I honestly enjoy it for breakfast just as much as I do any other time of the day.
Start by browning your bacon, or you can use pre-cooked bacon if you prefer. Once the bacon is cooled, you will need to chop it into small pieces.
Next, brown your ground beef until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper. I like to use Pink Himalayan Salt.
Mix eggs, heavy whipping cream, and cheese. In an 8 ½ x 11 or 9 x 13 casserole dish, layer the ground beef and bacon. Top with the egg mixture and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
Bake at 350℉ for 30 minutes.

What Else Can You Add To This Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole?
You can also add additional cheese to this Bacon Cheeseburger casserole by adding ½ block of cream cheese.
You may also want to try adding diced pickles ( to be more like a traditional cheeseburger).
Lastly, you can always add onions to your ground beef to add even more flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 large eggs beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel to drain and cool.
- Add ground beef to the same pan you cooked the bacon in. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink. Drain.
- Preheat the over to 350 degrees F.
- Spoon meat and bacon mixture into the dish.
- Im a mixing bowl combined cram, eggs and half of the cheese.
- Pour mixture over meat and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Enjoy!
