How To Make Keto Brownies With Chocolate Chips
These keto brownies are super easy to make. If you have been following the Ketogenic diet you most likely already have these ingredients on hand. For this recipe, we will be using Almond Flour. Almond flour is a very versatile ingredient to have in the kitchen. It's a primary ingredient in most of our Keto baking recipes. Almond flour has 11 grams of fat and 6 grams of carbs. Learn more about low carb flour here.
Another key ingredient in this recipe is the chocolate. We will use cocoa powder and Lily's Milk Chocolate Chips or Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips. I personally prefer milk chocolate. Both have no added sugar and is Stevia sweetened. The dark chocolate does have more cocoa at 55% vs. 32% for the milk chocolate.
Lastly, let's talk about Xylitol. We will be using Xylitol instead of sugar. Xylitol has a very low glycemic index and does not spike insulin or sugar. If you would like to learn more about this ingredient I recommend reading this.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Blend completely and pour into parchment lined baking sheet. Bake on 350℉ for approximately 15 minutes.
