Healthy and delicious Pumpkin Smoothies with 12 g Protein!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Yogurt 
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup 
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

Combine Milk, Pumpkin Puree, Yogurt, Maple Syrup, Pumpkin Spice, Vanilla, and Banana in a blender and blend until combined. 


Notes

Add ice for thickness
