How To Make Sweet Potato Toast?
- Preheat oven to 350℉
- Wash and dry sweet potatoes.
- Slice potatoes lengthwise with a sharp knife or mandolin slicer about ¼-1/3 in.
- Arrange in a single layer on a wire rack on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until tender. ( do not fully cook)
- Note: You can use a toaster oven or toaster if you prefer rather than baking in the oven. For the toaster, you will want to run them through at least twice. You want them to cook through and have the toasted look.
